I would like to start by saying “thank you” for assisting me in such a timely manner. Your staff was very professional, helpful, kind and considerate to my needs.

Although the price for the door inserts were slightly more than I expected, because of the service I received and the extreme quality of the product, it was well worth it.

The technician that installed the inserts went out of his way and provided a little extra service by re-adjusting and aligning my doors. He even repaired a sticking lockset. Because of this extra effort, my doors are functioning better than ever, basically making my old doors perform like new.

I cannot thank you enough. I am very pleased with the craftsmanship, quality and value I have received from Dream Doors!

RE: Front Door Renovation

Gentlemen:

Recently we contacted you regarding the replacement of our double front doors with a single door with side glass sections.

Your Mr. Joe Davis informed us that while Dream Doors could perform this type work for us (we had been told by others this could not be done) he gave us the option of leaving our old doors in place and just adding the 22 x 64 Echelon glass inserts. He pointed out this would save us considerable money and time over a complete door replacement.

We contracted for the renovation on March 9th with the job to be performed on March 31st. We were delighted that you were able to move our installation date forward and completed it ahead of schedule.

The doors are simply beautiful. We could not be more pleased with your installer Jeremy.

The additional light provided to the foyer and stairway by the glass doors is amazing. We are more than satisfied with the excellent workmanship and value provided by your company.

Dream Doors,

We had been looking at French doors for our Florida room at both Home Depot and Lowe’s for about eight months. We decided to stop by your showroom two weeks ago.

What a selection! We were amazed that your company offered us a far greater selection than those other two stores. We were impressed with the quality in respect to the price. While Home Depot and Lowe’s doors were a little less in price, the quality of your hand crafted doors exceeded the value of those cheap doors. Plus, the Dream Doors had features we wanted but was not offered by those other companies.

Our installer, Matthew, is a very skilled tradesman and has a great work ethic. He concerned himself with every detail, took great pride in his work and left the area cleaner than how he found it.

We recommend to everyone that if value and a great experience is what they want, to look no further than Dream Doors. Dottie and I would not consider anyone else for our doors needs.
